“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed. ”
As a wife and mom of three, I understand that when people are making plans for after they are gone, family comes first. I utilize that family centered approach to help clients create wills, trusts, and other documents to help simplify the lives of your loved ones should you have an emergency or suddenly be unable to make decisions for yourself. I also take a thorough approach to help families go through the process of separating property and assets after a loved one has passed away to make a difficult time as easy and straightforward as it can be.
I didn’t recognize my passion for this area of law until my own family dealt with the loss of a loved one several years ago. Having walked a mile in many of my client’s shoes, I can say I know what questions I can ask to make sure your needs and wishes are being met completely.
In addition to focusing on wholistic long term plans, I also help families going through divorce and child custody matters achieve the best possible outcome for moving forward with their lives.
Outside of practicing law, I am mom to three beautiful daughters and one dog. I am also a Minnesota sports fan supporting the Vikings, Timberwolves, Lynx, and United. I enjoy running and playing recreational soccer, and in free time I'm an avid crafter. Follow me on Facebook @taylorkasparlaw. I look forward to working with you.

Prior to starting my own practice, I had the opportunity to gain experience working for other attorneys, small law firms, and non-profit legal service providers. Working for other attorneys has given me the opportunity to gain valuable court room experience and counsel clients in a number of areas of the law. Over time I have narrowed my craft to just a few areas of law which allows me to focus on meeting clients' long term planning needs and family law issues more fully and efficiently than I otherwise could.
